Marty’s Hops & Vines

Beer. Wine. Munchies. Put ‘em all together and you get Marty’s Hops & Vines, a wine-beer shop and a wine-beer bar in downtown College Hill. Recently opened (late 2009) in a renovated building on Hamilton Avenue and fashioned on British pub atmosphere (Stella on draft!), Marty’s is already a casual meeting place for College Hill-ians and place to buy exotic beers and wines, including Cincinnati’s hometown label, Burnet Ridge, from wine-maker Chip Emmerich of College Hill. Wine tastings are 5:30-8 p.m. on Fridays, buy and drink your own bottle without a corking fee 4-9 p.m. Thursdays, and don’t be surprised if someone shows up with a guitar.
